Solution: Development of a dynamic Digital Sales Tool

MENU is a Danish design brand offering contemporary furniture, lighting, and accessories to individuals and retailers in over 40 countries. When the pandemic prevented MENU’s sales staff from visiting their clients, clunky PDF and PowerPoint presentations became the default stand-in. Constantly changing product information, new releases and pricing updates led to hurried and less-than-perfect presentations; clearly this solution wouldn’t do.

To reinspire customers (and staff), we created a game-changing, intuitive digital sales tool that enabled agents to present MENU’s brand and products to B2B customers in a dynamic way. Edited by staff using a predesigned grid with videos, photos, text and more, the tool generated a unique URL for each presentation, leading to a unique interactive experience.

The digital sales tool has led to a personalizable presentation process that MENU has not seen before. Via a dashboard with ongoing analytics, sales agents receive stats on what piques the interest of each viewer and can therefore execute more relevant follow ups. One year after the launch of the tool, MENU has increased sales meetings substantially.
