The biggest change
When renovating a home in the dark Nordics, one of the biggest challenges is to imagine the effect of a skylight window. We discovered this purchasing barrier through a large consumer study for VELUX, and subsequently created a digital experience to help renovators see the light.
Five different home styles were built in 3D, enabling users to virtually visit a house similar to their own. Inside the 3D house, the user can explore different rooms and at the click of a button, turn virtual skylight windows on and off to see improvements in different light conditions throughout the day.
The average time spent on the VELUX DEX was approximately 2 minutes per user.
