If your answer is eating less meat, recycling and flying less, you’re like many other Danes. But one thing we all do – regardless of age, gender, or background – is returning bottles and cans for recycling, and in fact, 92% of Danes do this! Unfortunately, it’s becoming more of a routine task, feeling like tidying up rather than something that helps the environment.

Since 2022, we’ve been working to change that perception. Through awareness campaigns, a new marketing strategy, and creative concepts, we’re aiming to bring back a sense of pride in the recycling system and encourage the remaining 8% of Danes to start recycling.
